Exchange and Return Policy
Exchanges and Returns will be accepted incase your order is damaged in-transit or you have received a wrong product. In the event your product is damaged in-transit, damaged delivery reporting should be communicated within 48 hours of delivery. Further, all items/products must be returned in their original condition ‘unworn and unaltered.
PROCESS FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

- Exchange will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
- thevalvetbox will not liable for any exchanges / returns that are not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- thevalvetbox will refund the amount in the event exchange of the same product is not possible. Refunds will be made via Payment Gateway in your account.

- Packages lost in transit.
- In the event a wrong product has been shipped to you.
NO REFUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING SCENARIO
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Products returned in a used condition.
- Sizing, colour and design variation. There could be some variation from the photographs on our website.
- If the product is not faulty or damaged.
