Exchange and Return Policy

Exchanges and Returns will be accepted incase your order is damaged in-transit or you have received a wrong product. In the event your product is damaged in-transit, damaged delivery reporting should be communicated within 48 hours of delivery. Further, all items/products must be returned in their original condition ‘unworn and unaltered. 

PROCESS FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

  1. Reporting within 48 hours regarding damaged/incorrect product delivered to you. Please email us the details at [email protected]
  2. Exchange will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging. 
  3. thevalvetbox will not liable for any exchanges / returns that are not reported within 48 hours of delivery. 
  4. thevalvetbox will refund the amount in the event exchange of the same product is not possible. Refunds will be made via Payment Gateway in your account. 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR REFUNDS / EXCHANGE

  1.  Packages lost in transit.
  2.  In the event a wrong product has been shipped to you.

NO REFUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING SCENARIO

  1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address. 
  2. Products returned in a used condition.
  3. Sizing, colour and design variation. There could be some variation from the photographs on our website.
  4. If the product is not faulty or damaged.
